AdyTerms of Use
1. Using Ady
Ady converts video and audio you provide into audio files, transcripts and summaries on your device. Only use media you own or have the right to process. You are responsible for complying with copyright and recording laws, including obtaining consent where the law requires it before recording or transcribing other people.
2. AI output
Transcripts, summaries, chapters and answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check important information before relying on it.
3. Ady Pro
- Yearly — includes a 3-day free trial for eligible users. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged and the subscription renews every year.
- Monthly — renews every month.
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase with no renewals.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. The free plan includes 30 minutes of transcription per calendar month and shows ads.
4. Availability
Features may change over time. Some features need a one-time model download. We provide Ady “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Ady in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
